Quedy is an educational tool to help pharmacy students prepare for exams such as the NAPLEX. Content is provided for study purposes only, may contain errors, and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment, official references, or the guidance of a licensed professional. Never make patient-care decisions based on the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register.

• Quedy is offered as a subscription at $7.99 per month, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• After the trial, the subscription automatically renews each month until canceled, and your payment method is charged the then-current price.
• You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the paid period.
• Promotional codes may be offered at our discretion and are subject to their own terms. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by sharing your account, copying or redistributing content, attempting to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service, or using it unlawfully.

The Service and its content are owned by Quedy and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own study.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quedy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made in reliance on the content.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
